SPRING INFORMATION SESSION – Monday, January 20 at 6 pm

Perfect for targeting a spring half or full marathon!
Training workouts begin Wednesday, January 22.
The Complete Runner is a 12-week program designed for runners who are serious about taking their training to the next level. Led by coach Tim Clark, and core instructor Bobby Mack, the program’s focus will be on improving the four major components of a complete runner’s skill set – speed, core strength, flexibility and endurance. There will be approximately 32 coach/instructor-led training sessions (24 training runs, 8 core classes).
All participants will receive a program booklet outlining the training schedule.
The group will meet at various locations in the Raleigh/Wake County area, depending on the nature of the workout. The program includes the following training sessions:
- Wednesdays (6 pm) – focus on developing speed with interval, tempo and pace runs
- Thursday (5:30 pm or 6:30 pm) – core class to build core strength and flexibility
- Saturdays (8:00 am) – focus on building endurance
Course fees are $140 for training runs AND core classes.
Course fees are $100 for training runs only.
